D’Alberto says of the video: “Rahi and I first spoke about collaborating in 2011 when we met in Rome and spent some days together discussing how we could work together one day. Our desire was always that when we eventually work together, we would combine my music and his art into one singular breath.”
Rezvani explains: “I’ve known of Luca’s work for a couple of years now, long before the album Endless. We met through a mutual friend who is active in cinema. I am always impressed to see how a young man can create such deep layered music.
“We had been talking for a long time about collaborating together, but due to both of our busy schedules we were not able to set it up until now. The moment Luca asked me to create a video for “Her Dreams”, I listened to the song again and realised that it is one of the more complicated songs from this album to create a video for.
“I started thinking about it and realised it should be a short film instead of a video clip. That’s why I chose to work with two talented Dutch actresses, Gaite Jansen and Gepke Witteveen. I believe his music makes people able to open up their imagination and create an image, or a dream, with the music which represents a past event in their life or maybe a future happening.
